Our services include trenching for electrical or water to basement excavating around foundation for exterior waterproofing. We can also excavate for footing’s for home addition’s and shed’s. Other services include dirt excavating for driveways, patios, retaining walls and dirt removal. Using a jack hammer attachment we are perform concrete demo, asphalt removal and disposal. With the use a transit we can dig at a level grade or on a pitch for burying gutters or French drain installations. Drainage correction and culvert installation to correct drainage problems in yards and around a building.
We also have a grapple we can put on the excavator to help with anything that needs to be picked up for removing logs in land clearing and placing boulders for natural stone and outcropping walls.
Bay Area Land Management also has a mower attachment we can use to mow steep areas that conventional mowers cannot. This also helps us reach over obstacles and even the water! It is very important to keep up with annual mowings for proper pond maintenance.
